Purpose: Client ko clear ho ki paisa kab return hoga aur kab nahi.

Sample Content: Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

If the order is canceled before work begins, 90% refund will be processed (10% service fee deducted).

For design services, if client is not satisfied after revisions (as per package), no full refund is applicable.

Printing services: Once approved for print, no refund will be issued.

Website services: Hosting/domain charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Delivery timelines depend on order size and location.

Standard dispatch time: 3–7 working days after final approval.

Courier/shipping charges will be extra (unless mentioned in the package).

Kalaa Creation is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.

All designs & prints are made as per client’s inputs. Kalaa Creation is not responsible for errors in client-provided content.

Stock images, fonts, or third-party resources may require extra licenses (client’s responsibility).

Kalaa Creation reserves the right to update policies without prior notice.
