1. Introduction
Welcome to Kalaa Creation. By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide printing, graphic designing, and website designing services.
Service details, pricing, and delivery timelines will be shared before confirming any project.
Customized orders may require extra time depending on requirements.
3. Payments
50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
Remaining 50% must be cleared upon project completion, before final delivery.
Payments once made are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery & Turnaround
Standard delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
Delays caused by incorrect details or late client feedback are not our responsibility.
Printing/delivery charges (if applicable) will be discussed separately.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Graphic Design packages include limited revisions (as per chosen package).
Extra revisions will be charged separately.
Once the design/print is approved by the client, Kalaa Creation is not responsible for errors found later.
6. Ownership & Copyright
All designs created remain the intellectual property of Kalaa Creation until full payment is made.
After final payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client (excluding stock images/fonts/licenses purchased separately).
Kalaa Creation reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide correct details, text, and images for their projects.
We are not responsible for legal issues arising from copyrighted content provided by clients.
8. Website Design Policies
WordPress websites will be delivered with admin access after final payment.
Hosting & domain charges are not included unless specified in the package.
Any third-party plugins, premium themes, or integrations will be charged extra.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kalaa Creation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
